Greetings!

Last week (July 10, 2008-3:00pm event), my 10 year old son and I had the privilege of going on the Waikiki Atlantis Submarine, based at our hotel (the Hilton Hawaiian Village). I cannot tell you enough how much we enjoyed ourselves.

The staff and crew onboard went out of their way – really, above and beyond - to ensure that we had a completely wonderful experience. From the minute we stepped on the ship to go out to the sub, the team outdid themselves, from making sure we had our desired seats to explaining everything about the tour in great detail. The boat staff was among the best we encountered during our stay on the Island. Their friendly demeanor, unparalleled professionalism, and outgoing nature made the trip one of our best experiences on Oahu. The sub staff, especially the guide, who was obviously an expert that loves his job, also made the trip phenomenal and a completely rewarding experience.

We experienced a lack of “Aloha Spirit” at various other events/tours - particularly at our hotel! – so we had some disappointments throughout the trip. Your event, however, was an absolute highlight and one my little boy and I will remember for years to come. We will be sure to board again if we get back to Oahu in the future, and will recommend to everyone!

We have just returned from our 5th cruise. On this trip to Cozumel we picked your submarine. I can not tell you how wonderful that was. The trip was fantastic, and the crew the best we have ever met!!!! You gave us a vacation we will talk about for years.We look forward to your adventures in the next ports we visit, on all our other vacations.

Love it…sharks, stingrays, colonies of fish inside the reef…It seems like the Submarine has it own guards because of the soldier fish that travels with the tour; very safe.
