Carthaginian Sinking on Dec. 13 to Start New Marine Life Habitat
Atlantis Adventures has received all the necessary state and federal approvals to create an artificial reef off Lahaina using the Carthaginian, a replica whaling ship tourist attraction, and will sink the vessel next Tuesday, Dec. 13.
