- A: We provide free motorcoach transportation from many hotels in Waikiki.

- A:Yes you can! We are located at Pier 6 at Aloha Tower Marketplace, just Diamond Head of the Maritime Museum. If you are coming from Waikiki you will turn left from Ala Moana Blvd. onto Richards Street. (There’s a sign that says “Pier 5 to 11”) If you are heading toward Diamond Head you will turn right from Ala Moana Blvd. onto Richards Street just past the power plant. Be sure to have your parking ticket validated by our ticketing staff; that is good for a 50% discount on the parking fee. You can save even more by visiting Aloha Tower Marketplace and obtaining a second validation at any store or restaurant in the center, which will bring your parking charge down to $2.00.
- A: There is not a dress code per say, but for our Royal Dinner Cruise we recommend Island casual; slacks or khakis and a shirt with a collar for men. For our Buffet Dinner Cruise or Whale Watch Lunch Cruise, casual is fine and shorts are okay.
- A: For our dinner cruises we begin boarding at 4:30pm and we sail at 5:15pm. For the lunch Whale Watch cruise we begin boarding at 11:30am and we sail at noon.
- A: In 2006 Hawaii’s Smoke Free law went into effect, banning smoking in public places. There is no smoking allowed on Navatek I.
- A: Based on a limited availability, you will have the opportunity to upgrade to a guaranteed window seat.

- A: We are happy to accommodate groups on our scheduled cruises. We also can book private charters at other times of the day to accommodate your weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, school functions or other events. Please contact our reservations department directly at 808-973-9811.
- A: No, gratuity is not included in the cost of your cruise. If you enjoy your cruise as much as we enjoy serving you, your server will be pleased to accept a small gratuity.
