• Q:Where are you located?
• A:The submarine trips depart from the Atlantis Adventure Center, right across from the Renaissance Resort and the Crystal Casino.
  
  
  
• Q:Is there an age restriction?
• A:Yes the age restriction is 4 years old or 36 inches on the submarine. On the Seaworld Semi Submarine there is no age restriction.
• Q:Do you provide a shuttle service?
• A:No, you can either take a short 5 to 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel area to our ticket office located downtown or take the local bus service. Check with your hotel guest services for transport options.
• Q:I am pregnant; will I be able to go on the submarine?
• A:Congratulations, and if you are between one to four months and not experiencing any problems, you should be fine. It would just depend on your tolerance to the motion on the shuttle boat that takes you to the submarine. Hardly any motion is felt as the submarine glides around underwater and you are sitting in air conditioned comfort. If you are over four months and may have discomfort seated for 50 minutes and slightly leaning forward to see out the viewport you may want to consider carefully. Also, we apologize but there are no bathrooms on board.
• Q:Can a wheel chair guest or differently abled guest go on the submarine?
• A:Yes but it depends on the mobility of the individual as guests need to descend 11 steps on their own into the vessel. Permission should be obtained from Operations department through the Reservations staff and it will also be dependent on the weather and sea conditions. Visually and hearing impaired guests are welcomed but for your safety and comfort the Reservations staff should be advised at the time of the Reservations.
